First of all, it was good to be back after a couple of months away. Even better to see both new and familiar faces.
Evening started a little later as we waited for a few more to join. Gradually people moved into rooms while Kira and I enjoyed some quiet time chatting on the sofa, before Scarlett and new friend Zack put on a little show in front of us. They eventually moved into a more private setting and Kira and I continued to bitch about our quarantine experiences
A couple of people left their rooms and regrouped around the snacks. Somehow we discussed edging and the every adventurous Newt wanted to see what the big deal was and Rain was more than happy to oblige - and off they went
Had to leave early (again) but everyone was friendly and I enjoyed all your company. Our hosts were their usual accommodating selves and again thank you for bringing us all together
@Kira - maybe we should share other thoughts in a more private setting next time
