**男士請帶同至少6個未開封的指定牌子安全套（Durex / Sagami / Okamoto）給Hosts作分配。
**於五月/六月生日的朋友，請留意在報名時註明
**Gents please bring a pack of at least 6 unopened condoms (Durex / Sagami / Okamoto) to the hosts for distribution.
**Please state in the form if you are a May / June Birthday Baby
